Carolynne Melnyk has earned a reputation as an excellent Qigong leader because of her compassion, intuitive instruction, and her positive attitude. Carolynne is passionate and knowledgeable in the practice of Spring Forest Qigong. She makes everyone feel comfortable and makes everything feel easy. 

 

Join one of her practice groups and experience for yourself how this practice can improve your physical and emotional well being.  

Qigong Sherwood Park 

Where: Spark Event Centre, 2257 Premier Way #116,  Sherwood Park, AB

When: Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.  

Next session begins September 11, 2019

Investment:  $85.00 for a 7-week session or

$20 drop-in

Register here: Qigong class  OR send Carolynne an email.  Payment can also be can be made in cash, cheque, or e-transfer.

Refunds of the session price less $20, will given prior to and after the first class, 50% after the Second class and no refund after the Third.  

 

Please note that missed classes cannot be transfer to the next session.

Qigong for Seniors

Where:  At the SEESA (Southeast Senior's Association)

9350-82 Street, Edmonton, AB

When:

Mondays from 6:15 to & 7:15 PM

Thursdays from 3:45 to 4:45 PM

Memberships open to those 55+.

 

What to bring: Come dressed in comfortable clothing and bring water. Chairs are available (qigong can be done sitting, standing or laying down) Bring a mat if you need to lie down.  

The most important thing to bring is a smile! 

Qigong for Cancer patients & Caregivers

Where: Wellspring Edmonton, 11306 - 65 Ave. Edmonton.

Monday afternoons 1:30 - 2:30 pm
